While our location and business has completely shifted, your instructors desire to continue to offer a variety of yoga styles and classes to meet your needs. We desire to continue to fit the practice to you, not you to the practice. Our classes are taught by specially-trained instructors. We continue to want to help and support you.

All classes are held at Anytime Fitness on North Broadway in their on-site studio. Please reserve a class space in the below calendar & purchase your punch card from your instructor. Anytime Fitness members need to purchase their punch card directly from the gym’s owner, Matt.

Class Descriptions

Yin/Yang with Cindy

Yin practice allows for stillness in poses to open and stretch the connective tissues in our joints. This leads to more space and flexibility. Yang, the Vinyasa portion of the practice, flows gently between poses, building strength and alignment through the use of the breath. This practice will emphasize comfort and ease for more self-awareness and feeling a strong body-mind connection.

Vinyasa Flow with Natalie

Linking breath with movement, vinyasa flow joins physical postures or asanas with steady inspiration and exhalation. Guided by heart and intuition, this flow of breath and movement will create a meditative and physically challenging practice sure to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered and inspired.

Restorative with Cori

As a completely supported practice, Restorative Yoga makes use of props to trust stillness, facilitate relaxation, & cultivate inner peace in every pose. Restorative poses are traditionally held anywhere from 5-8 minutes. Our practice aims to deeply replenish the body and mind.

Intermediate Vinyasa Flow with Maggie

A well-rounded vinyasa flow practice including sun salutations, breathing techniques and stretching.
