Urban Yoga MN offers a variety of unique opportunities throughout the year to supplement weekly classes: 2 hour Workshops afford you the opportunity to hone in on specific topics and explore thematic or skill-focused topics on deeper levels; Specialty Classes also focus on a skill or type of yoga for an extended time, often inspired by an instructor’s special training and skills; and Series provide you multiple weeks to build upon a foundation and practice according to an incremental curriculum. These three formats allow us to give you a closer look and more attention on exciting, useful topics and to answer any questions you might have.
